DAVAO– Coach Nick Serafica-squad has kept one foot in the entryway for the semis in the clubhouse basketball league sponsored by MDC Sports Inc. after fending off Myrzia’s Sports Apparel, 69-62, Friday at Green Heights.
Danielle Reyes, JB Siason, and Jayboy Bularon were the players in the frame with 12, 11, and 7 points respectively, but the game-long brilliance was just too much for the Metroworks.
The swaggy-shooting guard was almost ‘matic’ from the field, going 6-of-11, while also hauling down 2 steals.
Coach Nick’s team is ahead by 19 points in the 3rd quarter when MSA’s RJ Anuengo with Ropino’s play cut the lead, Metroworks then forced to timeout and get things clear.
